1. No Affiliation

Dark Pirate Online is an unofficial, fan-operated private game server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the original developers or publishers of the game in any way. All original game assets, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. This server is operated solely for entertainment purposes within the fan community.

2. Donations & Purchases

All payments made through our store (powered by Tebex) are treated as voluntary donations to support server hosting, maintenance, and development costs. In return for your generosity, we offer in-game benefits as a token of appreciation.

• Payments are processed securely by Tebex. Dark Pirate Online does not store your payment details.
• All donations are non-refundable. By completing a purchase you acknowledge this and agree that no chargeback or dispute will be filed.
• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or alter in-game benefits at any time without prior notice.
• In-game currency (IMP) and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If your account is banned for rule violations, no refund will be issued regardless of donation history.

3. Server Availability

Dark Pirate Online is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uptime, continuity, or data preservation. We may take the server offline for maintenance, updates, or any other reason at any time. The server may be shut down permanently without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, or currency due to server downtime, rollbacks, or closure.

4. Account & Data

Your account and all associated in-game data are stored on our servers. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently ban any account that violates our rules, without notice or refund.
• Reset, modify, or delete game data at our discretion (e.g. during wipes or anti-cheat actions).
• Collect and store account information (username, email, IP address) for the operation and security of the server.

We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Rules of Conduct

By playing on Dark Pirate Online you agree to:

• Not use cheats, hacks, bots, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Not exploit bugs or glitches. Report them to a GM instead.
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff.
• Not impersonate GMs, admins, or other players.
• Not engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items or currency.
• Respect all decisions made by the Game Master team. GM decisions are final.

Violation of any rule may result in a temporary or permanent ban without warning or refund.

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and play on Dark Pirate Online. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before making any donation or purchase. By making a payment you confirm you meet this requirement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dark Pirate Online and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this server, including but not limited to loss of in-game data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to your account. Your use of this server is entirely at your own risk.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
